A man was arrested yesterday in connection to the shooting death of another man who was found in an apartment complex near UCF.
Joshua D. Cox, 23, has been charged with first degree murder with a firearm, robbery with a firearm and use of a firearm/weapon in committing of a felony following the discovery on Tuesday of Frank Morse Perry's body.
Perry, 21, who is not a UCF student, was found inside a silver Honda in the Arbour Apartments complex by a maintenance worker around 9 a.m. on Tuesday.
According to the Palm Beach Post, Perry, who is from West Palm Beach, met up for the purpose of a drug transaction.
Perry sustained multiple gunshot wounds to the head, according to the Orange County Medical Examiner's affidavit.
