A UCF student was arrested after a traffic stop for a malfunctioning rear light resulted in an officer breaking her vehicle window, according to WFTV.

Victoria King, the UCF student, has filed a formal complaint alleging brutality and excessive force against UCF Police Officer Timothy Isaacs. King was arrested and charged with battery on a police officer and resisting arrest.

Both King and Isaacs recorded the incident. King used an iPhone and Isaacs with his department-issued body camera.

Video released by the department shows the incident in which the officer repeatedly demands King roll down her window. She is seen partially opening it and then attempting to roll it back up as the officer tries to reach inside the vehicle.
