A man was arrested Monday after authorities say he used replicated UCF letterhead to obtain prescription drugs, according to a report on WFTV

Ryan Muscanell, 24, faces one count of attempting to obtain drugs by fraud and his bond was set at $2,000.

Muscanell is accused of fabricating letterhead from the UCF Health Center and writing prescriptions for codeine -- a pain reliever --  that he tried to get filled, according to WFTV.

According to UCF records, Muscanell is not a student.

Records show that Muscanell was arrested in 2010 on charges of battery on a law enforcement officer and trespassing.

Because the case is ongoing, the Metropolitan Bureau of Investigation could not comment.
