A UCF fan is removed from the field in the final seconds of second-quarter action against Missouri at the Bright House Networks Stadium on Saturday.

A UCF fan found his 15 seconds of fame on Saturday, literally.

Richard Valdes, 27, made his way to the middle of the field at Bright House Networks Stadium late in the second quarter of the UCF Knights’ matchup with the Missouri Tigers.

Valdes walked out on the field and attempted to avoid security before being restrained.

Valdes, wearing jeans, a white dress shirt, a black jacket and carrying a Bible, was arrested and charged with two second-degree misdemeanors, trespassing a structure or conveyance and interfering with school administration functions, according to Orange County records.

The attendee did not reach any of the players or interfere with the game, and made his way on and off the field during an official timeout.

The Knights lost the game to the Tigers 21-16.
