The Rising 5K Race

The Buzz: Dress up in your best non-gory costume and run or walk with the chickens during this 5K. During the race there will be actors from The Rising. Afterward there will be a free breakfast, but donations are appreciated it. This 5K sponsors local students and food for the local pantry at HOPE Helps.

Clean the World

When: 8 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.

Where: Physical Sciences building

Cost: Free

The Buzz: Clean the World recycles used soap from hotels all over the world. It helps sort bottled and bar soap in preparation of cleaning and shipping them back to the community.

Franklin's Friends Howl-o-Ween
