Chegg, the textbook rental website, announced Monday that UCF won an Ed Sheeran performance, as well as a Q & A session, to take place on May 4 in the UCF Fairwinds Alumni Center

In addition to a concert, UCF's music department will also receive a $10,000 music grant check that Chegg will present at that time, likely to the head of the student body, a Chegg spokesman said.

As of right now, the event will only cater to approximately 300 students and only UCF students are allowed to attend. Chegg is also working on a way to expand the event and bring the experience to more UCF students.

"Chegg will select the attendees through a random draw of the thousands of UCF students who voted for the school through our promotion," a Chegg spokesman said in an email. "They will be notified via the email they used to enter the contest in advance of the event and tickets will be distributed by the school."

Further details by Chegg are still being planned. This is a developing story. Check back for updates.
