Summer movies, albums coming to city near you
The time has come Central Florida students — summer is officially here. With it comes relaxation and the chance to catch up on shows and movies, so after any Netflix binge-watching session that may occur, you might want to get the scoop on what's coming out this summer. Blockbusters like Furious 7 and The Avengers: Age of Ultron have already hit theaters, but more films are scheduled to debut this summer. Between action, horror and comedy, here are five movies to keep on your must-watch list.
When the original debuted in 1982, the horror classic quickly rose to the top of horror lovers' lists of scariest movies. Naturally, Hollywood decided it was time for a remake. Poltergeist is expected to make the hairs on the back of your neck stand up with unseen demonic forces taking hold of little kids.
When you can catch it: May 22
The boys are back. Vincent Chase and the rest of his crew from the HBO classic show are heading to the silver screen in this long-awaited film debut. With plenty of action and too many cameos to count, fans of the show can feel satisfied by the newest adventures of this favorite crew.
When you can catch it: June 5
Since the 1993 debut that started it all, this blockbuster franchise has generated millions of dollars and viewers, two successful sequels and even a theme park ride in Universal Studios Orlando. Jurassic World will be the fourth installment in the series and will star Hollywood's newest A-list actor Chris Pratt. Dinosaurs and non-stop action sum up this epic summer flick.

Yep, they made another one. This raunchy comedy starring Mark Wahlberg, which first debuted in 2012, has brought back the grossly popular bear Ted and his partner in crime. The sequel also has its fair share of stars, including Amanda Seyfried, Liam Neeson and Morgan Freeman. Fans of Family Guy and American Dad are sure to enjoy the humor in this film, written and directed by Seth MacFarlane.

It's been a decade since the original Fantastic Four came out. Now fully revamped with a new cast and a darker, edgier plot, this quad of superheroes should be a fun-filled farewell to summer.

True Colors by Zedd
Zedd, the electro-house music star behind the number one hit "Clarity," is releasing a new album featuring collaborations with artists such as Selena Gomez, who is featured in the already released single "I Want You to Know."

Grammy-winning country artist Kacey Musgraves, who appeared on the vocal competition Nashville Star, is releasing her second studio album, which will feature the single "Biscuits."

R8 by Rihanna
Three years since releasing her last studio album, pop sensation Rihanna has fans waiting for the newest album. Three singles that have already been released are expected to appear on the album, including hit No. 1 single "Four Five Seconds" with Paul McCartney and Kanye West, "American Oxygen," and "B**** Better Have My Money."
