The Buzz: Join in on working out by participating in "Get Fit Day." The call-to-action aims to educate and encourage citizens on fitness and health. Activities will include a fitness demonstration, a 5K walk and run, obstacle course and more.

HOT DOGS, COOL CATS ADOPT-A-THON

The Buzz: This second annual event will be offering all pets for a reduced adoption fee, which includes the spay or neuter, vaccinations and microchip identification. For those who adopt a pet, they will also receive a goody bag, treats and toys for the pet.

AAHC ASIAN CULTURAL FESTIVAL 2015
