4 Rivers Smokehouse has teamed up with Downtown Orlando to sign a five-year lease for a cafe space, which will be located on the first floor of City Hall, according to the Orlando Business Journal.

The Journal reports that the planned 1,912-square-foot space will be part of the 4R Central Kitchen concept that the city council is set to vote on at a June 15 meeting.

Along with the UCF-area location on University Boulevard, 4 Rivers also has a nearby location in Winter Park.

Check back for more updates as the downtown cafe continues to develop.
