The Buzz: UCF’s Campus Activities Board will welcome Grammy award-winning artist T-Pain for the Pegasus Palooza Concert Knight.

Popcorn Flicks in the Park: “Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets”

Where: Central Park; 251 S. Park Ave., Winter Park

The Buzz: Watch the second Harry Potter movie on the lawn of Central Park. The screening is dependent on the weather conditions.

FRIDAY, AUG. 28

UCF men’s soccer home opener

When: 7 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

Where: UCF Soccer Complex

Cost: General admission $5

The Buzz: The Knights take on the Florida Atlantic Owls in their first home game of the season. The first 50 students will receive a wristband, giving them floor access to Knight Rave. Early birds also have the chance to win UCF soccer scarfs.

MoviEola: “Cinderella”

When: 8 p.m.

Where: Lake Eola Park; North Eola Drive and East Robinson Street, Orlando

The Buzz: Enjoy a free screening of Cinderella on the east lawn of Lake Eola Park.

Donavon Frankenreiter and Cody Simpson at Plaza Live Orlando

UCF Knights Volleyball vs. Southern Illinois Salukis Women’s Volleyball

The Buzz: Cheer on the Knights as they take on the Salukis in a season match.

Snap! Print Day

The Buzz: Snap! Space is hosting its inaugural Snap! Print Day, a community print sale event, where local artists present and sell their limited edition works. Snap! Space is the art gallery home of local art-promoting nonprofit, Snap! Orlando.

Annual Great Hall Feast

The Buzz: UCF Late Knights will be holding its first event of the year during Pegasus Palooza. The ’80s-themed event will have free food from Dominos and Topper’s, free T-shirts, two DJs and a showing of Back to the Future. The first 150 people to show up will receive Late Knights fanny packs.

Stagger Inn UCF Presents: Back 2 Pool Party

SING To End Homelessness Singing Competition
