Pho 88 has been serving authentic Vietnamese cuisine for 15 years. The restaurant is family-owned and opened its second location in April.
“Our food is fresh and our produce comes in fresh every day,” said manager Linda Pham.
The original restaurant is located on Mills Avenue near Downtown Orlando. Its newest location on East Colonial comes with the added benefit of being closer to the UCF campus.
Much like the namesake, Pho 88 is known for their pho — pronounced “fuh” — a Vietnamese rice noodle dish served in a beef broth with thinly sliced beef, vegetables and a variety of other sauces and garnishes. It also offers a wide variety of other meats such as beef tendon and beef tripe for more variety.
Pho 88’s menu also features an extensive variety of traditional Vietnamese dishes such as spring rolls, stir fries and banh mi sandwiches. Pho 88 was voted Best Vietnamese and Best Pho in 2015 and Best Vietnamese in 2013 by Orlando Weekly.
