UPDATE: Steven Marshall was picked up by the Orlando Police Department Monday on outstanding warrants, according to UCF PD public information officer Courtney Gilmartin.

She said that UCF PD has a long history with Marshall and it is not unusual for him to return to campus each time he is released from jail.

ORIGINAL STORY: UCF Police Department is asking for the public's assistance in locating a man it believes is responsible for a string of recent vending machine thefts on campus.

Steven Marshall, 43, has been arrested multiple times by campus police, as recent as June, for trespassing, providing a false ID and carrying a concealed weapon. Prior to that arrest, he had been arrested for vandalizing campus vending machines, according to an email from UCF public information officer Courtney Gilmartin.

Marshall is described as 5-foot-10, and often walks with a limp because he is known to have a crowbar in his pant leg, which he uses to break in to vending machines, Gilmartin said.

Police warn that if Marshall is seen, he should not be approached and police should be called immediately.
