Orlando is the third-best city for Valentine's Day budgets, preceded by San Francisco and Seattle, according to WalletHub.
Based on a recent survey measuring shopping trends, the National Retail Foundation estimates that Americans will spend up to $18.9 million on Valentine's Day gifts this year, splurging on sweets, flowers and jewelry — among other more expensive gifts.
The data collected by WalletHub compared average costs of restaurant meals, amount of local attractions and the amount of florists per capita.
