UCF organization to host vigil for Garissa University
Less than a week after 148 people were killed in a terrorist attack on a Kenyan university, UCF students are preparing a vigil in memory of those lost.
On Wednesday at the Reflecting Pond, the African Students' Organization is hosting a prayer vigil scheduled to start at 6 p.m.
Last Thursday, four gunmen entered Garissa University College in Northeastern Kenya and opened fire. An al-Qaeda-linked group has taken responsibility.
