'Stop work' notice ordered on Insomnia Cookies at Plaza
While new retail has already opened at the Plaza on University across from UCF, Insomnia Cookies has been ordered to stop its construction.
A notice left on the premises by Orange County reads: "A new permit will be required prior to any work or further inspection being performed."
The bakery, which plans to open next to Spoleto before the end of the spring semester, would be the first Orlando location.
