Waterford Lakes Town Center is slated to add another new restaurant to its wide variety of dining establishments this fall.
According to a press release, Zaza New Cuban Diner is a quick-casual restaurant that serves both new and authentic Cuban food and places a focus on using fresh ingredients.
The restaurant serves breakfast options all day in addition to their lunch and dinner options.
Locally roasted coffee and freshly-baked pastries and Cuban bread will also be featured at Zaza New Cuban Diner. For large orders, the restaurant will also feature a catering menu.
Zaza New Cuban Diner will be the fourth new dining option added to Waterford Lakes Town Center this year, and will also be the third location for the family-owned Cuban restaurant.
"Our family has been serving great food to the Orlando community since my father relocated from New York City to Florida in 1967 to cook at the Columbia Restaurant in downtown," President of Zaza New Cuban Diner, Ruben Perez, said in a press release. "Many of our patrons asked us to open something in the Waterford Lakes area. The wait will soon be over as we look forward to continuing that tradition, here, at Waterford Lakes Town Center."
