Following a "stop work" notice issued on the premises, Insomnia Cookies is now open at the Plaza on University near UCF.
Located next to Spoleto, the bakery's location is the first in Orlando.
To celebrate its grand opening, Insomnia tweeted Tuesday night that guests can visit the location and treat themselves to a free cookie. The offer ends July 27 at 3 a.m.
Its menu includes traditional cookies, such as snickerdoodle and double chocolate chunk, while also featuring frozen dessert options, cookie cakes and brownies.
While the bakery serves desserts at the store, it also has delivery options so you can get a batch of your desired treats right at your front door.
The service runs from noon to 3 a.m.
