With the hundreds of dining options in the Orlando area, Waterford Lakes Town Center is welcoming yet two more restaurants to its location.
The Beef Jerky Outlet is the world’s first national beef jerky franchise and is expected to open mid-November, according to a release.
The company currently has six founder-owned stores, 40 franchise stores and will see more than 100 locations open across the United States in the next 18 months.
“The Beef Jerky Outlet specializes in more than 200 jerky varieties and sizes including kangaroo, alligator, venison and elk with exotic flavors ranging from Moonshine to Cajun,” the release states.
Along with The Beef Jerky Outlet, Waterford Lakes is opening Social House, a family-friendly restaurant and bar.
With oversized typographic chalkboard walls, reclaimed wood and modern industrial lighting, the new restaurant is slated to open this winter next to Charley's Philly Subs and Moe's Southwest Grill in the space previously occupied by Friendly Confines, according to a release.
“Social House will bring ‘big city’ culinary tastes to Waterford Lakes Town Center via its fresh made-from-scratch menu, hand-crafted cocktails and extensive beer and wine offerings, which include a 12-tap craft-only draft beer selection,” the release states.
Friendly Confines, which was known for its wings, nachos and pre-game appetizers, closed its doors Sept. 14.
