Residents of Sterling Central Apartments will be writing rent checks to The Marquee this month as the complex undergoes a rebranding following its acquisition by new management.
The announcement was made in a document distributed to residents Thursday by the complex's new management, Asset Campus Housing.
Asset Campus Housing also manages Knights Circle and The Pointe at Central in the UCF area.
"We are eager to announce that with this change in management Sterling Central will be transformed into ... The Marquee. Over the next several weeks you will see lots of exciting changes and advancements that will help complete this change and make The Marquee the best student living near UCF and your new home," according to the document.
The document stated that there will be no modifications to current leases, rents or security deposits at present.
