The Senior Bowl is billed as the most-elite showcase game for potential NFL draft prospects.
Those in attendance — essentially a who's who of powerful NFL personnel — are looking for the player or players that can help their team take the next step. Also in attendance are amateur scouts, media members and other prominent figures in the scouting community.
For three former UCF players — Rannell Hall, Clayton Geathers and Terrance Plummer — the Senior Bowl appears to have been a boost to their draft stocks. Their final test in Mobile, Alabama is 3 p.m. Saturday when they take the field for the Reese's Senior Bowl aired on NFL Network.
All three former Knights are playing for the South team.
