Former UCF wide receiver Breshad Perriman is one of 26 players who have confirmed they will attend the 2015 NFL Draft, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.
Perriman, who has skyrocketed up draft boards after running a 4.26 40-yard dash at the UCF Pro Day last month, surpassed 1,000 yards last season and had nine touchdowns. All 32 teams were represented at the Pro Day and at 6-foot-2 inches and about 220 pounds, he has become viewed by many as one of the top-five receivers in the draft.
"He ran faster than I expected and I think most of the league expected. When you run 4.25, that's significant," NFL Network's lead draft analyst Mike Mayock said at the Pro Day. "I think what it does is it places it in the conversation with those top three guys."
Peter King of the MMQB reported that Perriman has two teams in the teens looking heavily at him in the first round. The UCF product is one of six wide receivers confirmed to attend the draft.
The NFL Draft starts April 30.
