UCF basketball guard Brandon Goodwin took to social media Sunday to announce he will not be joining the Knights for next season.
The Georgia native tweeted his announcement, thanking his fans and coaches for his two-year experience on the team.
The 6-foot-1 guard is noted for playing in and starting all 30 games as a sophomore with the Knights, as well as earning a spot on SportsCenter's Top 10 Plays.
As a freshman, he played in 28 games and made nine starts, averaging 3.0 points, 1.9 rebounds and 1.8 assists in 14.7 minutes per game.
