For those of us planning to have a couple drinks during UCF's season-opener tomorrow, here are a few Irish-inspired recipes to try. Watch as Tatyana Gomez, a bartender at The Moat, shows the Central Florida Future how to make these drinks.

For those of you looking for a place to watch the game tomorrow, The Moat will be open at 7:30 a.m.

Irish Car Bomb

  • Guinness
  • 1/2 ounce of Irish Whiskey
  • 1/2 ounce of Bailey's Irish Cream

Add Bailey's and whiskey to a shot glass. Pour Guinness into a pint glass and let it settle. Drop the shot glass into the Guinness and chug. Chugging is NOT optional. If the drink is not quickly chugged, the cream will curdle.

Irish Coffee

  • 2 ounces of Irish Whiskey
  • Coffee
  • Sugar

Pour whiskey and coffee into a mug. Add sugar to taste.
