¾ ounce White Rum

¼ ounce Blue Curacao

¼ ounce Banana Liquor

Topped with pineapple juice

A typical Long Island with a kick.

1. Pour into a Collins glass on ice.

2. Liquor and rum first, followed by sour mix.

3. Add blue Curacao to preference.

4. Top it all off with pineapple juice.

5. Straw and garnish with a lemon.

Makes for one drink

"Angry Balls"

2 ounces of Angry Orchard

1.5 ounces of Fireball Whisky

1. Free pour Angry Orchard hard cider and Fireball into your glass.

"Tie-Dye Long Island"

1 part tequila

1 part vodka

1 part light rum

1 part gin

1. Start with the liquors.

2. Shake all in your choice of glass or mug.

3. One side of the glass, pour Chambord Raspberry Liqueur.

4. On the other side, pour Blue Curacao.

5. Free pour to make just for one person or invite friends and make it a party.

"The Hashtag"

1 part Malibu rum

1 part strawberry purée

1 part pineapple juice

1. Start with your preference of glass or mug, free pour the peach schnapps and Malibu.

2. Add in a free pour of your choice of strawberry purée.

3. Top it off with pineapple juice.

"Cherry Sunrise"

2 parts orange juice

1 teaspoon of grenadine



1. Start off with your preference of glass or mug.

2. Add orange juice.

3. Blend in the vodka.

4. Add a teaspoon of grenadine.

5. Per your preference, add a sugar rim and top it all off with a cherry.
