An Orange County man has been sentenced to two years of probation after pleading no contest to video voyeurism.

Roger Allyn Strong, 61, was accused of positioning a small camera that resembled a pen, under a 17 year old's dress. The girl was looking at magazines when she noticed Strong behind her holding out the device.

The arrest affidavit states, "[Redacted] informed her mother the white male had what she thought to be a pen in his hand, pushing it close to her, as if to look up her dress."

After reviewing camera footage at the Publix, located at The Shoppes at Eastwood plaza, eventually officers were tipped off to the location of Strong's residence, and the 61 year old was later arrested Aug. 7, 2014.

Despite the sentence, Strong does not have to register as a sex offender, according to the Orlando Sentinel, but he cannot live near schools, playgrounds or parks. Strong is also barred from using the internet unless it is for work.

The 61 year old will undergo a psychosexual evaluation and cannot possess pornography as well, according to the Sentinel.
