An altercation in front of Boardwalk Bowl on Colonial Drive led to a shootout Sunday night, leaving one dead and multiple wounded.

The deceased victim has been identified as 24-year-old Christopher Seda. University spokeswoman Courtney Gilmartin confirmed Seda is not a UCF student.

At 6:16 p.m., two groups engaged in an argument that led two both sides firing shots, witnesses said, according to a release from the Orange County Sheriff's Office. Those who were injured during the incident were reportedly loaded into cars, which then fled the scene.

Two victims later showed up at Florida Hospital East, with one deceased and the other in serious condition, having suffered a gunshot wound, according to the release. Another victim also arrived at the same hospital with the same injury.

No innocent bystanders are believed to have been injured, however, an empty car in the bowling alley's parking lot received two shots to the driver door.

The incident is currently under investigation.
