Three unnamed black males are currently suspects in the ongoing investigation into the Jan. 22 shooting at The Marquee apartment complex garage, according to an incident report released by the Orange County Sheriff's Office.

The incident report described the suspected shooter as a male between 19 and 21 years old, 6 feet tall and weighing around 200 pounds. He was reported wearing a black hoodie and gray sweatpants.

Two other male suspects were listed in the report, but only their clothing was identified. One wore a gray hoodie, and the other wore a red zip-up jacket.

OCSO deputies arrived on the scene at 11:23 p.m., when they found the shooting victim being treated by Orange County and Seminole County Fire Rescue teams. The victim, who is not a UCF student, suffered a gunshot wound to the abdomen and was transported to Orlando Regional Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.

According to a Facebook post by The Marquee management, the shooting occurred in the complex's parking garage.

According to the report, the victim called his friend, a UCF student, and told him that he had been shot. The student drove to the victim's apartment, where he saw the victim sitting on a barstool with a rag on his chest. The student's girlfriend, who accompanied him to the victim's apartment, said that she could see a gunshot wound on the victim's abdomen.

The victim's roommate, another UCF student, was awoken by a call around 11 p.m. by a different roommate, who stated that the victim had been shot. The student told deputies, who were already on the scene, that the suspects had left the vicinity.

For their own safety, the victim and witnesses' names have been omitted from this article.
