The UCF Knights will host the UCONN Huskies in a home conference matchup at 4 P.M. on January 31 looking to secure their 11th win and fifth conference triumph.

Coming off of a strong performance in the last matchup against Memphis this past Tuesday, Junior center Justin McBride will look to build off his strong momentum and play a strong game inside the paint, splitting time with his counterpart, Freshman center Tacko Fall.

McBride stepped up big, posting 20 points, five rebounds and two blocks in 24 minutes off the bench while Fall produced three rebounds and one block on 10 minutes of play.

Sophomore forward A.J. Davis will look to help the Knights along by coming off a 15 point game in which he also grabbed eight rebounds, seven of which came on defense.

UCONN is also hoping to get back on track after a 58-57 loss to Cincinnati. Senior guard Sterling Gibbs will look to have another strong performance after posting 14 points, getting two rebounds, and four assists. But the offensive capabilities do not end with Gibbs as senior forward Shonn Miller looks to add another strong day into the scorebook after he put up 11 points, blocking four balls, stealing three, and claiming eight rebounds.
